HIIT
Our High Intensity Interval Training offers our members the chance to enjoy and participate in a effective workout over 30 minutes. This session caters for all abilities as the intensity of the session's are set by each individual. HIIT sessions largely evolve around improving you're general conditioning with benefits such as improved cardiovascular health, strength and endurance.
