Camp Green runs an outdoor fitness class specifically designed for women who are new to exercise – or giving it another go.
If you like the idea of getting into shape, but something is holding you back, this class is for you. Perhaps you’re worried you never exercised before.Or you’re concerned you’re overweight or too unfit to begin. Don’t worry – our boot camp gives you the chance to exercise with other women in a safe, supportive environment, at a level that suits you.
Our small group sessions mean that everyone gets the help and encouragement they need from Camp Green’s understanding and highly trained instructions. Most importantly, you’ll only ever exercise at a level and a pace that is appropriate to you. Over the years, we have helped countless women achieve their fitness goals, lose weight, make friends and change their lifestyles through regular attendance at Camp Green classes. Now it’s your turn. We welcome everyone, no matter their level of fitness. We’ve created a really friendly, welcoming team atmosphere, so come along for a free trail session and give it a go.
