Boot Camp is a fantastic way to get fit, with all the added benefits of exercising outdoors – whatever the weather. These are sessions for both men and women, at all levels of fitness.


We make sure that every session includes a balance of strength and conditioning work, challenging every aspect of your fitness. But it’s about more than just the exercise – our sessions are fun, not formidable and challenging, not gruelling. We create an atmosphere which is exceptionally relaxed, encouraging and friendly, and because our trainers are highly skilled and experienced, we guarantee that we will be able to adapt the sessions to every participant’s individual needs – whatever the level of fitness – so that everyone is challenged to a level which is just right for them.
