Tom has been involved with Camp Green since its inception, and became its owner in 2011. He runs most of the sessions himself, and also sees many clients for one to one personal training.

A sports management graduate, he became a fully qualified personal trainer in 2007, and his passion and professionalism have since then enabled him to build up a huge range of clients – from complete newcomers to fitness, to high level athletes.

Tom is also a Strength and Conditioning coach and has worked with Arsenal Ladies FC, Team GB footballers and professional boxers. He loves Olympic lifting, high fives and having a boogie.

Connor has been involved in Camp Green for since 2014 and has over 4 years coaching experience, specialising in Pre/Post Natal training and also having a reputation for conditioning sessions.

Although the youngest member of the team he has already established himself as one of the leading group fitness trainers in Harpenden.

Connor brings fun and passion into the toughest sessions, giving you that I hated but loved it feeling after. He trains hard and is a secret acrobat, which is probably why he is also a quality goalkeeper.

Richard graduated in law from Cambridge University in 2000. Since then he has been an actor, and in 2017, following a bout of painfully serious training and eating for a part, became a personal trainer as well.

Richard brings attention to detail to his style of training and believes strongly that the founding principle of personal training should be “do no harm".

Richard is also  double qualified in pre/post natal training"and as a type 1 diabetic for over 25 years, understands the specific requirements of diabetics.

His aim is to draw the best out in you, to make sure you’re always safe and supported, and make long-term, sustainable change in your life.
