Personal Training

The great advantage of working one to one with a personal trainer is that the session is totally geared towards your needs, and no-one else’s. We will tailor each session to your own abilities and goals, maximising the results from every session. If you’re new to the gym, looking to step up to the next level, or recovering from an injury, even one or two sessions with a personal trainer will help you to build confidence and increase your knowledge of what works best for you. Our sessions either take place in Harpenden Sports Centre in Rothamstead Park, or another location of your choice.
